Worthington Owen complete acquisition of 60 Old Hall Street

Worthington Owen have completed the acquisition of 60 Old Hall Street on behalf of Signature Living for £1.8million.

Comprising 49,991 sq ft, 60 Old Hall Street occupies a prominent position in the heart of the City Centre and was acquired with vacant possession.

Plans are due to be submitted for the conversion of the building into a mixed use scheme, with 93 apartments together with two floors of new creative office space and a ground floor commercial unit. It is great news that Signature Living are breathing life back into another building that has lain vacant for some time – they are committed to completing the project in 2016.
